Jozef  joined Enable2 as a Slovak and Czech interpreter just a month ago (January 2017) after his friend recommended it as a good way to pay his bills following his graduation.

Based in Sheffield, he said: “I was told that the job would allow me to earn a living and still have time for my projects and activities. It was true - I tried it and have never stopped.

“Interpreting has many positives. It has helped me to improve my personal communication skills - I don't speak so fast anymore and the job has taught me to respect to clients and professionals who are can be in various states of mind.”

Not only does Jozef communicate verbally through interpreting, but also visually through his project 'Our Cultures' which involves working closely with the diverse communities to promote mutual understanding and respect.

Jozef came over to this country over 10 years ago. His hobbies include photography; playing the ukulele and singing; growing fruit and vegetables; running, hiking, mountaineering and climbing; and spiritual growth.
