We were were thrilled to take part in the 2019 Dragon Boat festival. Not only did our team have a fantastic time, but they raised over £1200 for the Lord Mayor’s appeal and came 14th overall on the competition day!
You can see a flavour of the day in the pictures at the bottom of this article.
Our multicultural team was made up of interpreters and office staff and they were supported by a great group of friends, family and partners.
Liz Weatherill, our Managing Director, said “We would like to thank each and every one that contributed either donated, baked, bought, ate cakes/drank coffee at the cake sale and rowed or joined us on the day. To date Enable2 have raised £1242.40 towards the Lord Mayor’s appeal. The monies will be going to Sue Ryder and Bradford Night Watch charities. We really enjoyed being involved in the races and will be back next year to try and beat our time.”
