We are firmly committed to offering apprenticeships because we believe they are the gold standard for work-based training. By gaining skills required by employers, individuals increase their chances of employment.

Apprentices have worked with Enable2 and its predecessor organisation since 2010 and the experience and qualifications gained have helped them move into permanent employment within the public sector.

“The administration apprenticeship with Enable2 CIC was an excellent opportunity for me to get back into a work environment, build on my skills and gain an NVQ Level 3 in customer service. While everyone is struggling to find work at the moment, Enable2 has provided us [the apprentices] with a full time job and guaranteed work for a year. We are given the time to see where we want to go next with our education, training or employment and the support we need to make that happen.”
